About Us
We are a vibrant nursery in Liverpool that combines Montessori-inspired learning with a nurturing Islamic ethos. Our goal is to provide children with a safe, loving, and enriching environment where they can grow spiritually, emotionally, and intellectually.
The Role
As our Nursery Manager, you will be at the heart of our setting — leading a dedicated team, ensuring excellent standards of care and education, and fostering a culture of teamwork and growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with the latest Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) guidelines.
- Guiding and inspiring staff, supporting their training and professional development.
- Working closely with parents to build strong, positive relationships.
- Safeguarding every child in our care and promoting inclusive, respectful learning experiences.
- Managing nursery finances, occupancy, and administration with efficiency and care.

What We’re Looking For
- Level 3/4 or above qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
- At least 2 years’ leadership experience (Deputy Manager, Manager, or similar).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A commitment to our Islamic values and Montessori approach.
- A team player who is hands-on, positive, and dedicated.
Please note: As part of our nursery’s ethos, the successful applicant will be expected to adhere to Islamic dress codes as part of their uniform and sit an Islamic studies programme as part of developing their skills in understanding our Islamic values.
