We are looking for a tech-savvy and motivated Administration Officer who wants to gain hands-on experience with IT systems, digital platforms, and day-to-day business operations. What You’ll Be Doing
Tech & Digital Support
- Provide first-line IT support for staff (PCs, tablets, software troubleshooting).
- Manage digital systems, databases, and records with accuracy.
- Gain experience in maintaining websites and updating social media platforms.
- Help introduce new tools and processes to make admin tasks more efficient.
Administration & Organisation
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organise daily office operations.
- Support with phone calls, emails, and parent communications.
- Process children’s records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Finance & Data Management
- Assist with managing budgets, funding submissions, and payroll preparation.
- Gain experience working with invoices, financial queries, and supplier orders.
- Learn how to collate, manage, and report financial and operational data.

Role Details
- Part-time: 30 hours per week (flexible hours to meet the needs of the nursery manager).
- Salary: £12.21 per hour (pro-rata).
- Pension scheme (opt-in).
- Start date: To be confirmed.
