Sahara leads the team at Happy Children Nursery as our Nursery Manager and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL). Committed to inclusive early education, she holds a Level 3 Diploma in Early Years and a specialist SENCO qualification, expertly guiding our Special Educational Needs provision to ensure every child thrives.
Saira Khatoon
Saira brings over a decade of specialist expertise to Happy Children Nursery as our Change Manager. Holding a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, she has spent 10 years leading strategic change management initiatives. Her extensive professional background includes a successful career in project management at BT, allowing her to deliver exceptional organizational growth, structural efficiency, and operational excellence to our setting.
Tahsin Miah
Tahsin brings a wealth of knowledge to Happy Children Nursery, holding a BA (Hons) in Early Years and Education. As our Deputy Manager, Pre-School Room Leader and dedicated Key Person, she creates an enriching learning environment tailored to each child’s development. Tahsin also supports our leadership team as the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, stepping in during the manager’s absence to maintain our high standards of safety.
Sara Yehia
Sara holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years and serves as a vital Key Person within our Pre-School room. In addition to supporting early development and baseline learning, she takes on the specialist leadership role of Arabic Curriculum Lead, designing and implementing our bilingual educational initiatives.
Naaila Peacock
Naaila is a valued member of our Pre-School team, holding a Level 2 qualification in Early Years and actively working towards her Level 3. As a dedicated Key Person, she provides a supportive environment for our children to thrive. Naaila also heads our early literacy initiatives as the Phonics Lead, layout out the foundational skills for early reading and communication.
Shaima Al Harbi
Shaima is currently completing her Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship at Happy Children Nursery. She serves as a Pre-School Key Person and utilizes her language skills to lead our Arabic curriculum initiatives.
Hala Al-Naqeb
Hala is a valued member of our Pre-School team, where she serves as a dedicated Key Person. She focuses on building strong, supportive bonds with the children, ensuring their individual development, well-being, and learning needs are nurtured every day.
Sana Al-Muraisi
Sana is an essential part of our team, holding a Level 3 qualification in Early Years. As our Toddler Room Leader and dedicated Key Person, she creates a vibrant, nurturing, and safe environment tailored to the unique developmental milestones of our toddlers, supporting both their early learning and personal growth.
Ghena Alkalash
Ghena is an integral part of our Toddler Room team, holding a Level 3 qualification in Early Years. As a dedicated Key Person, she provides a nurturing environment to support our toddlers through their early development. Ghena also utilizes her language skills to act as the Toddler Room’s Arabic Lead, introducing immersive bilingual and cultural learning experiences tailored to our younger children.
Esma Al-Gazali
Esma is an enthusiastic and dedicated member of our Toddler Room team, currently completing her Level 3 Apprenticeship. She works closely with our qualified practitioners to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment, supporting our toddlers as they explore and hit their early developmental milestones.
Wahyu Lestari
Based in our Toddler Room, Lestari brings a caring and attentive approach to early years education. She works closely with the team to deliver high-quality care, manage interactive daily activities, and support child development during these crucial early learning years.
Hiba Nawaz
Based in the Toddler Room, Hiba balances her professional development with hands-on practice as she completes her Level 3 Early Years training. She is committed to delivering high-quality care, contributing to the daily learning, well-being, and positive social development of our toddler group.
Eslam Alfaroukh
Eslam is an Early Years Practitioner and Key Person in our Toddler Room. She also shares the Arabic-speaking role across the room, enriching our daily setting with specialist early language support.
Fatimah Saleh
Fatimah is currently completing her Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship at Happy Children Nursery. Based in our Toddler Room, she serves as a dedicated Key Person and brings fantastic energy to supporting our children’s daily care and early learning.
